Responsible Nations Foundation is the brainchild of Dr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta which was set up with the overarching theme of Peace, Prosperity, and Sustainability. The driving force for establishment of the Foundation is the idea of ‘Responsibility,’ which came from the world’s first comprehensive index, the Responsible Nations’ Index curated by Dr. Gupta. The Index focuses on Ranking, Focus, and Action. However, we believe that countries need to look beyond their rankings and take steps to focus on issues that matter and transform themselves by delivering measurable or objective results. Hence, the Responsible Nations Foundation.
The responsibility of making the world a better place to live in lies with the governments and the citizens alike. The recent happenings with regard to Covid-19, Ukraine Crisis, Climate Change, recurring Natural Disasters, the overinfluence of automation, and many such issues of domestic, planetary, and international dimensions raise a concern as to where the world is headed.
In light of these happenings, it is believed that ‘Responsibility’ will be the big idea going forward. Together, each one of us can make efforts to transform the governments across the world to adopt more responsible policies, make the world more sustainable, and citizens more happy and healthy.
