Dr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta
Dr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta is a revered policy-maker who has the rare distinction of drafting policies at the global level with multi-lateral bodies, and policies across sectors for India which have created a huge impact globally. Rajendra has worked with some renowned organizations across the world. He was nominated to the Global Agenda Council of the World Economic Forum for 2012-2014. Besides, he has been invited by global organizations like the United Nations, UNESCO, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, World Health Organization, ITU (the oldest UN body), and countries like the United States of America, U.K., Japan, Algeria, Finland & Bangladesh for his views on a range of topics.
Dr. Gupta pioneered innovative approaches like the ‘Pre-emptive Care Model’, ‘Health as a Unique Electoral Proposition’, ‘Unique Individual Potential’, ‘Distributed Growth Model’, ‘Imagination Quotient’ & ‘The Responsible Nations’ Index’ amongst others. He has authored five best-selling books covering Health, Education, Public Policy, and Economy and authored over seventy articles for various publications.
He is the Chairman of the two Dynamic Coalitions at the Internet Governance Forum, United Nations. He was also an advisor to the Health Minister of India and has been instrumental in the drafting of the National Health Policy 2017 and the National Education Policy 2020.

Dr. Manpreet Kaur
Dr.Manpreet is a doctor by training, a Researcher , an Activist, and a Public Health enthusiast. She volunteers at Teach For India, and tunes her rhythm of life while playing Kalimba. Dr. Manpreet is Chief of Staff and has co-authored a report titled, ‘Unlocking Human Potential,’ along with Dr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta. She has worked on the Responsible Nations’ Index (RNI) and is presently conducting a study on Work-Health Balance, a Global Study of 114 nations.

Smriti Lohia
Smriti has a Master’s degree in International Relations and holds her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and French. She has twice worked as a United Nations Volunteer. She also has experience in Political Risk and Counterterrorism. She developed an early passion for social change and environmental sustainability. Smriti has worked on projects such as Seven Regional Wonders of India, Food Insecurity, and Responsible Internet Usage. Given her background in International Relations, she has also worked on the Responsible Nations’ Index.

Priya Shukla
Priya has a B.A.(Honours) in Public Administration, M.A.(Honours) in Politics and PG Diploma in Security Studies. She has co-authored a couple of research papers during her undergraduation and completed her dissertation on Cultural Relativism in South-East Asia, and Corporate Governance Reforms and CSR Activities: A view from Banking Institutions in India.’ She is the Project Lead on Responsible Nations’ Index.

Ashima Singh
Ashima holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Delhi University. She interned with NITI Aayog and several Non- Governmental Organisations. She is passionate about issues relating to Mental Health and has worked on projects such as Accountability of Budget Commitments and Responsible Citizens’ Index. Ashima has collected data for various indicators of the Responsible Nations’ Index.

Kaumudi Shah
Kaumudi holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and advertising. She has completed her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Daulat Ram College, Delhi University. Diversity of knowledge and incorporating it in form of her dissertation brings a unique perspective. She believes in equality, equity, empowerment and welfare of the people. She has worked on writing a research paper with United Services of India on India- US relations during the Covid crisis. Having experience in the advertising world helped her to build strong communication skills and make strategies fearlessly. Kaumudi has worked on projects like ‘Celebrating the Contributions of Women’, and has also co-authored the report titled, ‘Fortune Tellers or Fortune Seller!’ Time to Audit the Auditors?’ Kaumudi has contributed in collecting data for various indicators of the Responsible Nations’ Index.
